Invoicing

eTrack is not an accounting system but is designed to interface to your accounting system or financial management system (FMS) for payroll and the general ledger. eTrack has interfaced to Quick Books, Sun Financials, Great Plains, Axiom, Navision, Peoplesoft, Adept, Delta Vision, SAP, Oracle Financials, Progen, MYOB with small changes to the interface formats.

Print Invoices

It can however be used to print invoices. You have complete control over the look and content of invoice templates that are designed in Microsoft Excel and include data from the eTrack database. Multiple invoice templates may be designed for example for time, percentage or credit notes etc.
Regardless where invoices are printed, data such as Invoice $, WIP $ and Write-offs can be exported. A batch number is created and full rollback is provided for.

Track Receipts

eTrack will also track receipts or payments and days outstanding (aged debt). An automatic update from your accounting system may be developed or it can be manually entered for the benefit of managers not having access to the accounting system.
